Concept Of Power Lunch

1. Team can share ideas to Management . Giving opportunity to each individual to express their views
2. Right to Information - Can question about unknown areas like How company generates revenue, customers, turn over etc. Whatever info needed for an employee that will be shared definitely
3. Can discuss about Roadmap, Salary, Position, Roles and Responsibilities etc
4. Your suggestions to the company growth, marketing or process improvement
5. The information will be kept confidential and only if required it will be shared
6. The concerns and suggestions will be highly valued and analyzed

Raise a Request :

   Either individual or a group can raise request. The date (for lunch) will be decided by Management.
   You can decide the person you want to discuss with - Either Dr or Gopi.

  4. This concept was good . It helps to sort out problems. Discussing few things individually or by group idea was really awesome. It helps employees to discuss many things as the discussion will be under closed door.

  10. Before proceeding this, need to reduce the gap between the employee and Management then only everyone can open up with more queries and clarifications. Otherwise we have to nominate some one to speak with the Management..
